About Jenedu
Most students in classes 9 to 12 make the biggest decision of their academic life with the least information. Stream selection, entrance exams and career direction get decided in hurried conversations, often based on what worked for someone else a decade ago.
Jenedu was built to fix that. We publish structured career roadmaps, syllabus-aligned study resources and honest guidance articles — all free to read, all written specifically for school students rather than graduates.

Who we are and how Jenedu started
Jenedu began in Karachi in 2024 as a set of shared notes between a small group of teachers and recent graduates who kept answering the same questions for younger students: which stream to pick, whether an academy is worth the fee, how to plan MDCAT or ECAT preparation alongside a full college timetable, and what a Sindh Board or Federal Board result actually means for admissions. The notes turned into roadmaps, the roadmaps turned into this platform, and it has been running publicly since 2025.
The editorial team is small and deliberately so. Subject material is written and reviewed by teachers who have taught Intermediate classes in Karachi, and career roadmaps are checked against the current admission notifications of the universities they mention — NED, NUST, Dow, JSMU, IBA, FAST, Habib, IVS and others. Where a rule changes every year, we say so and point you to the official notification instead of guessing.
Who Jenedu is built for
Everything here is written for school students in classes 9 to 12, which in Pakistan usually means ages 13 to 18, and for the parents and teachers around them. Accounts are intended for users aged 13 and above, and no section of the site is directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 — the privacy policy explains exactly how that is handled.
How we pay for it
Career roadmaps, study notes and every article are free. Optional paid courses and one-to-one tutoring, priced in PKR, fund the editorial work. We do not sell admissions, we do not take commissions from institutes, and a paid plan never changes what a roadmap recommends.

How Jenedu works, and what it will not do
Jenedu is a study and career guidance platform for students in classes 9 to 12 in Pakistan. This is a plain description of what we publish, how we produce it and where our limits are.

What we publish
Everything on Jenedu falls into four groups, and each is produced differently.
- Career roadmaps — class-by-class plans for a specific career, listing the group, the entry test, the degree route and the skills to build in each year. These are compiled from published university eligibility criteria and entry-test structures, then reviewed against what students actually ask us in counselling sessions.
- Study guides and notes — subject material aligned to Sindh Board and Federal Board syllabi for classes 9 to 12, written for revision rather than first-time teaching.
- Articles — long-form guidance on decisions like group selection, entry-test choice, revision planning and scholarship applications.
- Courses and tutoring — the only paid parts of the platform. Everything else is free to read without an account.
How we handle facts and figures
Admission criteria, test formats and fee structures in Pakistan change frequently. We date our material and we name the authority behind any requirement so you can verify it at the source.
We do not publish guaranteed outcomes, guaranteed admissions or predicted cut-off marks. Nobody can honestly promise those, and a site that does is telling you something about itself.
Where a page shows a showcase — student projects, achievements, success stories — it carries an editorial note saying whether the examples are illustrative. We would rather look smaller and be accurate.
Who this is for
The platform is built for three people: the Class 9 or 10 student deciding what to take after Matric, the Class 11 or 12 student preparing for boards and an entry test, and the parent trying to understand the routes without a background in the current system.
It is not a replacement for your teachers, your college's admissions office or the official conducting body for any examination. Treat it as preparation for those conversations, not a substitute for them.
