Before you write to us: what we can and cannot answer

We read every message. Answers arrive faster when your question includes a little context, and some questions are better sent elsewhere entirely.

Last reviewed by the Jenedu editorial team.

What to include in your message

  • Your class and group, for example Class 11 Pre-Engineering.
  • Your board — Sindh, Federal, or another.
  • The decision you are trying to make, in one sentence.
  • What you have already tried or been told.

Four lines of context turn a generic answer into a useful one.

Questions we answer well

  • Group and stream selection after Matric.
  • Which entry test a particular degree route requires, and how to plan for it.
  • Study planning, revision structure and exam pacing.
  • Which of our courses, notes or tutoring fits a specific gap.
  • Billing, refunds and account access.

Questions to send elsewhere

  • Official admission decisions, eligibility rulings and deadlines — always confirm with the institution or conducting body directly. Our summaries can go out of date between admission cycles.
  • Medical, legal or financial advice — outside our scope entirely.
  • Requests for exam papers before an exam — we do not engage with these, and they are not real.

Response times and safety

We aim to reply within two working days, Monday to Saturday, Pakistan Standard Time. Messages sent late on Friday usually get answered Monday.

Never send scans of your CNIC, B-Form or bank details through a contact form or a WhatsApp group. If a document is genuinely required for something, it goes to a verified institutional portal, not to us.

If a student under 18 is writing about something sensitive, we will encourage involving a parent, guardian or school counsellor. We are a study platform, not a support service, and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
