Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Jenedu you agree to the terms on this page. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

This page is maintained by the Jenedu team and describes how the service is offered today.

Your account

One account per student. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Give accurate information when you register. Your class level determines the material we recommend to you.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.

Acceptable use

Use Jenedu for your own learning. Do not resell, redistribute or publish our course material, notes or mock papers.

Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and do not attempt to access another student's account or data.

Community answers and project submissions must be your own work. Passing off someone else's work as yours may result in removal from the showcase.

Courses and content

Free courses and notes remain free. Paid course access lasts for as long as your plan is active.

We update syllabus material as boards and examination bodies change their patterns, and may retire outdated material.

Career, exam and scholarship information is provided in good faith for guidance. Always confirm deadlines and eligibility with the official notification before you apply.

Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

If a course is withdrawn during a period you have paid for, we will offer an equivalent course or a pro-rata refund.

Tutoring sessions

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least twelve hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are counted as delivered.

Recordings of your own sessions are yours to keep for personal revision and must not be shared publicly.

Your content

You keep ownership of the projects, notes and messages you submit. By submitting a project for the public showcase you allow us to display it with your name and class.

You can ask us to remove your submitted content from public pages at any time.

Availability and limits

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance windows may occur.

Jenedu provides educational guidance. We cannot guarantee any particular exam result, rank, admission or scholarship outcome.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the service changes. The date below always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced on the platform.
