Jenedu is mostly free. This page explains exactly where the paid line sits, how billing works, and how to cancel without losing what you already bought.

Free, with no account required
- All career roadmaps and class-by-class plans.
- All study notes and downloadable resources.
- Every article and study guide on the site.
- The career interest quiz and its recommendations.
Creating a free account adds saved items, progress tracking and the guidance request form. It does not put anything behind a paywall that was previously readable.
Paid, and why
- Courses — structured modules with practice sets and progress tracking, sold once with lifetime access to that course.
- Tutoring — one-to-one time with a tutor, sold per session.
- Membership — recurring access to the full course catalogue plus member-only sessions, for students taking several subjects.
Prices are shown in PKR because that is the currency our students think in. Payment is processed by our provider in USD, and the converted amount appears at checkout before you confirm anything.
Billing mechanics in plain terms
- 1Checkout, invoicing and tax are handled by our payment provider as Merchant of Record.
- 2Every transaction appears in your billing dashboard with an invoice link.
- 3Memberships renew automatically on the same date each period. The renewal date is always visible in your dashboard.
- 4Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- 5One-time course purchases are unaffected by cancelling a membership.
Refunds
You can request a refund from your billing dashboard within the refund window stated in our refund policy. Give a reason — it takes a sentence and it makes the review faster. Refunds are issued by the payment provider back to the original method.
If a course clearly did not match what was described, say so. We would rather refund and fix the description than keep money from a student.
Discounts, honestly
Promo codes are limited-time and have stated expiry dates and usage caps. We do not run fake countdowns, and we do not inflate a list price to make a discount look larger. If a price changes, the new price is simply the price.
